How long do you take to complete a project?
The time taken to complete a project depends on its size and nature, and we will give you an estimated completion date when you sign us on.

How do you calculate the total word count?
We calculate the total word count using the ‘word count’ feature of Microsoft Word. It counts all words, including words such as 'a, an, the, up, and it'.

What if I need some changes in the content you’ve created for me?
We offer two rounds of free changes. These rounds of changes need to be requested within 30 days of us sending you the content. If you would like us to rework the content after this period lapses, the same will be chargeable.
